As we celebrate National Reading Month this March, we’re one year into a pandemic that has kept us isolated and focused inward. Perfect conditions for reading. But one literacy program in Bellefonte Area School District has figured out a unique way to promote literacy while bringing the community together around books – even during the pandemic.
