Offices to be elected at region Houses of Delegates

Below is a schedule of the Region Houses of Delegates to be held in Spring 2021 and the positions that will be elected by each Region’s delegates. Unless otherwise noted, the term for each elected position is Sept. 1, 2021-Aug. 31, 2023.

Central Region
When: April 16-17, 2021
Positions up for election: President (1); Vice President (1); Secretary (1); Treasurer (1); Resolutions Representative (1) and Alternate (1); Legislative Representative (1) and Alternate (1); Council on Instruction and Professional Development Representative (1) and Alternate (1); Department of Pupil Services Representative (1). Delegates will also vote in a special election to fill a vacancy in the position of Department of Pupil Services Representative (1) for the remainder of the term ending Aug. 31, 2022.

Central-Western Region
When: May 5, 2021
Positions up for election: Resolutions Representative (1); Legislative Representative (1); Council on Instruction and Professional Development Representative (1).

Eastern Region
When: April 24, 2021
Positions up for election: President (1); Vice President (1); Third Representative (1); Resolutions Representative (2) and Alternate (1); Legislative Representative (2) and Alternate (1); Council on Instruction and Professional Development Representative (1) and Alternate (1).

ESP Region
When: April 9, 2021
Positions up for election: President (1); Secretary (1); Treasurer (1); Resolutions Representative (3) and Alternate (3); Legislative Representative (3) and Alternate (3); Council on Instruction and Professional Development Representative (1) and Alternate (1).

Mideastern Region
When: April 22, 2021
Positions up for election: President Elect (1); Resolutions Representative (1); Legislative Representative (2) and Alternate (1); Council on Instruction and Professional Development Representative (1).

Midwestern Region
When: March 23, 2021
Positions up for election: Resolutions Representative (1) and Alternate (1); Legislative Representative (1) and Alternate (1); Council on Instruction and Professional Development Representative (1) and Alternate (1).

Northeastern Region
When: April 10, 2021
Positions up for election: Secretary-Treasurer (1); Resolutions Representative (1) and Alternate (1); Legislative Representative (1) and Alternate (1); Council on Instruction and Professional Development Representative (1) and Alternate (1).

Northwestern Region
When: April 20, 2021
Positions up for election: Resolutions Representative (1) and Alternate (1); Legislative Representative (1) and Alternate (1); Council on Instruction and Professional Development Representative (1) and Alternate (1).

Southeastern Region
When: April 15, 2021
Positions up for election: Resolutions Representative (2) and Alternate (2); Legislative Representative (1) and Alternate (1); Council on Instruction and Professional Development Representative (1) and Alternate (1). Delegates will elect a Local Emergency Fund At-Large Trustee (1) and Member Assistance Fund At-Large Trustee (1) for three-year terms beginning Sept. 1, 2021 and ending Aug. 31, 2024. Delegates will also vote in a special election to fill a vacancy in the position of Legislative Representative (1) for the remainder of the term ending Aug. 31, 2022.

Southern Region
When: April 8, 2021
Positions up for election: President Elect (1); Treasurer (1); Resolutions Representative (2) and Alternate (2); Legislative Representative (2) and Alternate (2); Council on Instruction and Professional Development Representative (1) and Alternate (1). Delegates will also vote in a special election to fill a vacancy in the position of Resolutions Representative (1) for the remainder of the term ending August 31, 2021.

Southwestern Region
When: March 19, 2021
Positions up for election: President (1); Vice President (1); Secretary (1); Treasurer (1); Resolutions Representative (1) and Alternate (1); Legislative Representative (1) and Alternate (1); Council on Instruction and Professional Development Representative (1) and Alternate (1).

Western Region
When: April 14, 2021
Positions up for election: Second Representative (1); Resolutions Representative (1) and Alternate (1); Legislative Representative (1) and Alternate (1); Council on Instruction and Professional Development Representative (1) and Alternate (1). Delegates will also vote in a special election to fill a vacancy in the position of Council on Instruction and Professional Development Representative (1) for the remainder of the term ending Aug. 31, 2022.
