2026 Collective Bargaining Conference & Local Treasurer's Workshop

The PSEA Collective Bargaining/Local Treasurer's Conference provides attendees the opportunity to gain insights into the benefits of coordinated bargaining, effectively communicating to membership, retirement issues and bargaining, bargaining post-Janus, building a strong financial foundation, and many other topics.

Designed for teachers, administrators, and support staff, the conference offers workshops, expert-led sessions, and networking opportunities focused on fostering inclusive and effective learning environments.

2027 NEA Representative Assembly

July 1-5, 2027 – Indianapolis, Indiana

The NEA RA is the largest democratic deliberative assembly in the world and is held every year during the last week of June and/or first week in July.  The Annual Meeting kicks off with pre-RA meetings, conferences, and exhibits.  The RA consists of eight business sessions spanning the four final days of the Annual Meeting where RA delegates debate the vital issues that impact public education and set policy and activities for the year ahead. 

Delegates must be elected to attend the NEA Representative Assembly. 

For nomination and election as a local delegate, please check with your local association.

2027 Summer Leadership Conference

The Summer Leadership Conference (also known as, "Gettysburg") helps PSEA members like you hone your skills as leaders so that you can support members in your local associations.

This conference offers tools and programs to support new leaders and seasoned veterans alike and to help you to learn how to file grievances, bargain contracts, communicate with the public, advocate for pro-public education legislative priorities, and so much more.
