Thank you for your interest in joining the Pennsylvania State Education Association as a “Substitute at Large,” a membership category for day-to-day substitute teachers. Annual dues for this membership are $40 and the membership period runs from Sept. 1 through Aug. 31. Please return the Substitute At Large Membership Enrollment Form (available below) to PSEA Financial Management along with a check for $40 or credit card information. PSEA will bill you directly, shortly after Sept. 1, for future membership years.
You must be teaching in a public school to be eligible for this membership. Long-term substitutes working for more than four weeks are not eligible. If you become a long-term substitute or eligible for any other PSEA membership category, you will be considered an active member and, therefore, not eligible for “Substitute at Large” membership.
