Now accepting Student PSEA awards and Celebrating Excellence awards nominations

Nominate an outstanding Student PSEA chapter, member, servant leader, or faculty advisor for a Student PSEA award to recognize the dedication, service, and excellence they bring to PSEA. All nominations must be submitted on or by March 18. Awards will be presented at the 2024 Student PSEA Conference and Convention.

Celebrating Excellence

PSEA has resumed the nomination and selection process for 2024 Celebrating Excellence Awards.

The Adler Friend of Education award recognizes an individual who has made significant statewide contributions to public education. The Human and Civil Rights awards are intended to applaud the outstanding work occurring every day in Pennsylvania’s public schools and in our communities.

A selection committee meets each January to review the nominations submitted and select winners in four categories: Student Leader, Educational Leader, Community Leader, and Local Association, along with the Adler Friend of Education Award.

Read more about the Celebrating Excellence awards and nominate someone by Dec. 31 at 4:30 p.m.

Find the champions for public education on your ballot

Elections for our courts can have just as big an impact on your future job as an educator, your school, and your community as any other election. Add to that the urgency of electing pro-public education school board candidates, and this upcoming municipal election is as critical as any.

Election Day is Nov. 7. Click here to find the champions of public education who are on your ballot.
