This position is responsible for the preparation and distribution of the bi-weekly payroll; performance of all processes and procedures associated with payroll data, calculation and input, tax reporting, file management, records retention; record keeping and payment of employee benefits. This position will also include legal records tracking compliance.
A minimum of an Associate’s degree in accounting or a related field. Minimum of 3 years payroll experience is required. Previous experience maintaining information in an HRIS/Payroll system is required.

PSEA has a vacancy coordinating the complex HR benefit functions for our staff. This confidential position works independently, providing overall benefits administration (pension, 401k, HRA, insurance, FMLA, disability, etc.), HRIS support, processing new hire, transfer, promotion and termination changes, and provides excellent customer service to prospective, current and former employees. Previous experience with a defined benefit pension plan strongly preferred.
A minimum of an associate’s degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent experience is required. A minimum of 5 years’ human resources experience is required, preferably in the subject of benefits administration. CEBS certification preferred.
