Proposed Class Action Settlement Notification Information

PSEA is a party to a class action lawsuit captioned Hudson et al. v. Pennsylvania State Education Association, which is pending in the Dauphin County Court of Common Pleas and relates to a July 2024 network security incident. On May 4, 2026, notices of a proposed settlement in that matter were sent by email or mail to members of the proposed class. These settlement notices are legitimate and include important information about the lawsuit and proposed settlement.

PSEA cannot advise class members about the proposed settlement. Please refer to the settlement website listed in the settlement notice (www.pseadatasettlement.com) for more information about the lawsuit, proposed settlement terms, class members’ legal rights and obligations, and contact information for the settlement administrator and class counsel.
