Update regarding the 'Heartbleed Bug'

Recently, you may have seen media reports on a website security vulnerability called "Heartbleed Bug." This vulnerability can compromise the technology used to keep websites secure and protect information transmitted over the Internet - which can allow personal information to be stolen. We are happy to report that PSEA's website has not been affected by the Heartbleed Bug.  More »

Pension proposal repeats past mistakes

Leave it to Gov. Tom Corbett to take a bad idea and make it worse. As if proposing to move new public school and state employee hires from a secure and proven pension system to an inferior and more costly system wasn't enough, he now wants to reduce the state's contribution to the funds for current employees and retirees.  More »
