We are an essential partner in the success of students, members, and public education in Pennsylvania. Membership provides you with the opportunity to work with colleagues who share your professional goals and concerns. PSEA is a resource for you throughout your career.
Your success as a new member is a major concern of PSEA. As a member of your local association, look for opportunities like "welcome dinners" for new teachers and continuing education workshops to participate in the association.
If you counter a problem or a difficult situation, you can turn to veteran members in your local association for help. Don't be reluctant to ask your mentor, your colleagues and your local association leaders for advice and assistance.
