The Pennsylvania State Education Association (PSEA), a labor organization representing 178,000 members who work in school settings, is seeking a full-time custodian for our downtown Harrisburg office. The regular work schedule is Tuesday–Friday from 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m., and Saturday from 7:00 a.m. to approximately 3:00 p.m. Please note that Saturday hours may occasionally vary due to meetings or special events. During the summer months (approximately June through the end of August), the schedule shifts to Monday–Friday from 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. This position provides custodial services and meeting support. Candidates with prior housekeeping and sanitation experience are preferred. Good oral and email communication skills are necessary, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. is required.
PSEA offers a competitive salary starting at $27.68/hr., no premium healthcare, dental and vision, a defined benefit pension and a 401(k) plan with employer contribution.

PSEA, a labor organization representing 178,000 members who work in Pennsylvania school settings, is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our Administrative Services Division in Harrisburg.
Ideal candidates will have experience in administrative support roles, proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint), and the ability to manage multiple tasks independently. A background in financial management, budgeting, or accounting is highly desirable, along with familiarity in data entry and document handling systems.
This position provides key administrative support to the Administrative Services Division, including coordinating department activities, preparing reports and presentations, supporting committees and workshops, and assisting with budgeting and financial processes. Duties also include managing documents and databases, processing vendor forms and reconciliations, and handling logistics such as meeting coordination, office supply orders, and internal communications.
