PSEA re-elects officers at May House of Delegates
At May's House of Delegates in Pittsburgh, PSEA members re-elected James P. Testerman, Michael J. Crossey and W. Gerard Oleksiak as officers of the association, along with members to serve on the board of directors for the NEA.
PSEA re-elected James P. Testerman to a second term as president. Jim is a middle school science teacher in the Central York School District.
PSEA also re-elected Michael J. Crossey to a second term as vice president, and W. Gerard Oleksiak as treasurer. Mike is a high school emotional support teacher in the Keystone Oaks School District. Jerry is a special education teacher in the Upper Merion Area School District.
The delegates also elected three members to the board of directors of the National Education Association. Valerie C. Brown, an elementary teacher in the Mount Lebanon School District, was re-elected to a three-year term. The delegates also elected Sam Talarico, a high school science teacher in the Iroquois School District, and Teresa Redwinski, an education paraprofessional in the Hazleton Area School District, to three-year terms.
