Urge Congress to support the Employee Free Choice Act

Urge Senator Specter and your representative in Congress to support the Employee Free Choice Act. This important, bipartisan legislation, protects workers' rights to organize and join a union without harassment or retaliation from employers.

The legislation would provide American workers with a path to form unions through majority sign-up. It would also help employees secure a contract with their employer in a reasonable period of time, and toughen penalties against employers who violate their workers’ rights.
