For PSEA-Retired Members:

• The PSEA Care Dental & Vision Program is available to PSEA-Retired Members and their spouses
• Effective dates to begin program participation are January 1st and July 1st of each year
• United Concordia (UCCI) is the administrator for the dental plan
• National Vision Administrator (NVA) is the administrator for the vision plan

Auto Purchase Discount Program

FOR PSEA MEMBERS:

• Pay the lesser of either $100 over manufacturer's invoice or the lowest price offered at participating dealership
• Document Fee limited to $75
• Free PA State Inspection as long as you own the vehicle and the dealership participates in the program.  Additional emissions test fees may apply.  Please consult dealer directly about pricing.
• 15% discount from published labor and parts prices for any service performed by the participating dealer.
• Fair trade-in by reference to the NADA Official Used Car Guide
• If the vehicle selected is covered by a manufacturer's promotional program, members will still be eligible to receive the manufacturer's rebate or other manufacturer's incentive in addition to the PSEA value price.
• Upon written notification to PSEA, dealers have the option of excluding certain makes and models based on demand and availability.
